We use double-walled reinforced cardboard boxes and professional-grade internal padding. Every instrument is inspected and detuned slightly to relieve neck tension before being securely packed for transit.
Do all guitars come with a professional setup?
Yes, every guitar undergoes a multi-point inspection and a professional setup by our in-house luthiers. We check the action, intonation, and electronics to ensure it is stage-ready out of the box.
What is your return policy for instruments?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange, minus shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to over 50 countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.
