Returns & Exchanges

At Guitar Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most instruments and accessories. If your instrument doesn't feel right in your hands, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the instrument in its original hardshell case or gig bag, then secure it inside the original shipping carton with all included documentation and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
